What You Can Expect
I offer a variety of pilates classes that incorporate the Method with functional athletic movements.
All sessions will be tailored to accommodate your space, audience, and desired tempo.
Session Types

Privates are one-hour sessions where you & I work through designated choreography to strengthen your body, holistically. Privates allow me to offer you the highest level of form correction, customized challenge, and movement education. Our work will begin with understanding your physical-body history and desired goal.

For Small Group classes I pre-determine choreography and offer modifications throughout to anyone needing adjustments. Small Group classes allow me to maintain attention to movement patterns and offer form corrections, while the general pace of the class moves faster than a Private session. Small Group sessions allow more diversity of movement and contemporary athletic patterns.

Large Group classes are more strict in following pre-determined choreography while still offering modifications for all moves. Large Group workouts are designed to be accessible, while challenging stronger participants with advanced variations. Note, there is little hands-on correction in large group settings unless specifically asked, the pace of the choreography moves the fastest, and the most diversity of athletic movements is offered.
